The stock shows some scattered nicks, dings, and scratches, some of which have damaged small portions of the surface wood. The buttplate is mostly worn to white with scattered light nicks and well defined checkering. The hardwood stock has a pistol grip, metal nose caps, a stacking loop, two sling loops, and a metal buttplate with hinged door for storage in the butt (there is nothing in the storage compartment). Stock Configuration & Condition: The face of the grip is marked “P”, the left has an Defense “Eagle” stamp. The elevation knob is marked from “2-12” in increments of two and “IHC”. The windage knob is marked “LEFT arrow” twice and “NHC”. The rear sight is a fully adjustable aperture set between two protective wings. Sights / Optics: The front sight is a blade set between two protective wings. The stock and sights are described below.
